miR-29a-3p inhibition synergized with bFGF-PLGA in improving leak point pressure in PFD rats after BMSC transplant. PFD rat model was established and housed for 14 days, after which the rats were transplanted with BMSCs and housed for another 7 days. Evaluations of peak bladder pressure (a) and leak point pressure (b) were then performed on all rats in each experimental groups.
