  1. a The mobilized dental pulp stem cells (MDPSCs) of patient 1 were damaged at passage 4 of culture due to the high temperature of the incubator since the air-conditioner was broken in the Cell Processing Center, and the cryopreserved MDPSCs at passage 3 were used for further expansion, resulting in a smaller number of cells at passage 7. Karyotype was analyzed at passage 10
