Effect of Ang II on the proliferation of MSCs. MSCs were stimulated with different concentrations of Ang II (10^–8, 10^–7, 10^–6, 10^–5, and 3 × 10^–5 M) for 24 h. Cells cultured under normal conditions served as the baseline. The proliferation rate of MSCs following stimulation was evaluated using the MTT assay.
