Expression of surface antigens in hAdSCs. Flow cytometric analysis revealed that hAdSCs are positive for mesenchymal stem cell markers CD29, CD90, and CD105. The cells are negative for CD31, CD34, and CD45, which precludes contamination with endothelial cells and hematopoietic cells.
