Convex hull area ratio | Ratio of convex hull (“rubber band bounding the cell”) area to the cell area. Convex hull area ratio is greater in cells with long pointy processes compared to cells with no sharply shaped processes. |
Convex hull perimeter ratio | The ratio of convex hull length to the detected cell edge length. |
