High glucose induced ROS generation in ADSCs. a Time course of ROS generation in ADSCs treated with high glucose. 5 × 104 cells were incubated at 37 °C in the dark for 15 min with culture medium containing 10 μM CM-H2DCFDA to monitor ROS production. The degree of ROS production was measured by flow cytometer at an excitation/emission wavelength of 488 nm and 525 nm, respectively. b Quantification of ROS generation measured by flow cytometer in all groups. c Quantification analysis of the fluorescent intensity in all groups. d Intracellular ROS generation was visualized under the fluorescence microscope after cells were incubated with the fluorescent probe CM-H2DCFDA.
