The animal experimental protocol. Mice were sensitized on days 0, 7, and 14 by an intraperitoneal injection of OVA with aluminum hydroxide. From days 21 to 27, the mice were challenged with OVA intranasal instillation using a micropipette. Purified SHEDs or BMMSCs were injected via the tail vein on days 18, 19, and 20, and all mice were sacrificed on day 28
