Free Adbic suppresses and chemosensitizes prostate tumors. Six treatment groups of male nude mice, each group containing seven mice, were treated differently with anti-cancer therapeutic agents. Free Adbic (3 × 107 pfu/mouse) given on days 1, 5, and 9 of treatment and cisplatin (5 mg/kg) or irinotecan (40 mg/kg) given on days 1 and 9 of treatment as indicated by the arrows (▲). All the treatment groups, that either received monotherapy or combined therapy, showed reduced tumor growth as compared to the untreated (control) group
