Sox-17 expression on bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells after the treatment with 100 μM IDE1. Immunostaining of cells demonstrates the variable expression of the marker on different MSC donor cells. Confocal images taken by Olympus FV3000 fluorescent microscope at × 10 magnification, scale bar 100 μm. The blue color indicates individual nuclear staining of the cells by DAPI, and the red color indicates the Sox-17 expression. Antibody control indicates the sample with secondary antibody alone (no Sox-17 antibody added)
