Artemisinin attenuated H2O2-induced ΔΨm reduction. BMSCs were pretreated with 1.0 μM artemisinin or DMSO (0.1%, vehicle control) for 1 h, then exposed to 200 μM H2O2 for another 24 h. a ΔΨm was analyzed using JC-1 assay (n = 3; scale, 100 μm).
