KLF3-AS1 can bind with miR-138-5p to regulate expression of Sirt1. Note: After cardiomyocytes were transfected with miR-138-5p inhibitor, the expressions of miR-138-5p (a), KLF3-AS1 (b), and Sirt1 (c, d) were determined by qRT-PCR and Western blot. Then, cardiomyocytes transfected with KLF3-AS1 overexpression vector were measured for expressions of miR-138-5p (f), KLF3-AS1 (e), and Sirt1 (g, h). The predicted bind sites of miR-138-5p with KLF3-AS1 and Sirt1 are listed in i.
