Hematoxylin-eosin (H&E) and Von Kossa staining were used to observe the general histology and mineralized tissue, respectively. Scale bar = 300 μm. Compared with the control, mineralized tissue visualized in brown by Von Kossa staining was significantly decreased in Ror2 CKO mice
