Effect of ECFCs on NF-kB and oxidative stress-related proteins. After CPB for 24 h, the expression of phosphorylated NF-κB and phosphorylated MLC in the lung tissue was significantly increased. These increases in protein levels were inhibited by ECFCs, and the effect of ECFCs was reduced by L-NIO (a). Quantitative analysis (b).
