  1. After STZ induction and HDEs, HucMDE treatment for another 2 months, rats were anesthetized with chloral hydrate. Blood was collected to measure the levels of liver function (ALT alanine aminotransferase, AST aspartate aminotransferase) and the levels of lipid (TC total cholesterol, TG triglyceride).
