Effects of miR-30c-5p on the proliferation and migration of VSMCs derived from adventitial Sca-1+ progenitor cells. The VSMCs derived from adventitial Sca-1+ progenitor cells were transfected with mimic control/miR-30c-5p mimic/inhibitor control/miR-30c-5p inhibitor. The cells in the proliferative phase were detected by Edu experiment (a, b). The healing area was detected by the wound healing assay (c, d) (*P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ns P ≥ 0.05)
