Expression of OCT4, SOX2, and c-MYC in BMSCs at various passages. a–c The mRNA expressions of OCT4, SOX2, and c-MYC were downregulated in BMSC cultures at passage 5 compared to those at passages 1 and 3. The primary antibody of each target protein OCT4 (d–g), SOX2 (h–k), and c-MYC (l–o) was detected with Alexa Fluor 488 (green stain) at various passages.
