Effects of G-CSF/AMD3100 on the inflammatory cytokine mRNA expression. Total RNA was extracted from renal tissue in the saline-, cisplatin + saline-, G-CSF-, and G-CSF/AMD3100-treated mice, 4 days after AKI and analysed for IL-6 (a), TNF-α (b), and IL-10 (c) mRNA expression by real-time RT-PCR analysis.
