ADSC secreted more IL-6 upon TGF-β1 treatment. TGF-β1 treated with ADSC and BM-MSC for 24 h, then replaced with fresh medium without TGF-β1 and incubated for an additional 24 h. The conditioned medium (CM) of BM-MSC and ADSC was collected and analyzed with IL-6 ELISA. Data were presented as mean ± SEM. ANOVA, p < 0.05, different characters represent different levels of significance.
