Cellular FTH1 expression before and after malignant transformation. Western blotting (a) and quantitative analysis (b) showed that the FTH1 expression in the MTMSCs-PEG3-FTH1 was significantly higher than that in the MSCs-PEG3-FTH1 (***P<0.001).
