HUCMSC treatment liver fibrosis mice decreased the proportion of CD4+ IFN-γ+ T-cell (Th1) subset, compared with liver fibrosis group. UC5 HUCMSC treatment caused a lower CD4+ Th1 subset differentiation of splenocytes, compared with UC11 and UC12 HUCMSCs. UC12 HUCMSC treatment significantly promoted the Tregs differentiation of spenocytes, compared with UC5 and UC11 HUCMSC treatments (*p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001)
