Effect of ADSCs on DFSP-related gene and protein expression in DFSP cells. A Beta-type platelet-derived growth factor receptor (PDGFRB) and B collagen type I alpha 1 chain (COL1A1) gene expression levels in DFSP cells in a mono-culture (control group) or a co-culture with ADSCs (experimental group). Data were normalized to the level of the control group. Each group was tested in triplicate. Results are shown as means±standard deviations. *p<0.05 and **p<0.01 indicate significant differences in relation to the control group. The protein levels of PDGFRB and COL1A1 (C-E) were measured by Western blotting in DFSP cells in the control and experimental groups.
