Sin3a contributes to the initiation process of reprogramming. A A schematic illustration of the experimental strategy is presented. MEFs were reprogrammed with OSKM retroviruses and infected with a control lentivirus (shCtrl) or a shRNA lentivirus (shSin3a-1) for one day from Day 0 to Day 8.
