A The mRNA expression levels of CC, CXC, and CX3C chemokine receptors in fourth-passage MSCs from three independent donors were analyzed by qRT-PCR. MSC surface markers (CD29, CD44, CD73, CD90, CD105, and CD166) were detected as positive controls. GAPDH served as the internal control.
