Expression of TSG-6 in kidney from SCG mice after implantation of DFAT cells. SCG mice were infused with 105 DFAT cells through the posterior orbital venous plexus once at 8 weeks of age. Mice were killed at 12 weeks of age, and kidneys were removed. The 3-mm paraffin sections of the removed renal cortex were stained with rabbit polyclonal anti-TSG-6 antibody. Bar = 50 μm.
