In vitro adipogenic (B), chondrogenic (C), and osteogenic (D) differentiation was assessed by oil Bodipy staining of neutral lipids, safranin-O staining of cartilage, and alizarin red staining of hydroxyapatite, respectively. In each case, the result of the differentiation is shown in the upper image and undifferentiated control in the lower image.
