LPS-NSC-EVs act against LPS-As-CM leading the differentiation of NSCs into oligodendrocytes. The NSCs were cultured with different concentrations of LPS-As-CM and LPS-As-NSC-EVs, immunofluorescence staining data revealed that with the reduction of the dose of the LPS-As-CM, the differentiation of NSCs switched from astrocytes to oligodendrocytes (n = 5, data are the mean ± S.D; ∗p < 0.05, ns p > 0.05)
