Effect of Braco-19 on ASCs: survival, morphology and cell cycle. Undifferentiated ASCs and differentiating ASCs (ADIPO; gray bars) were treated with Braco-19 (0.15, 0.3, 0.6, 1.2, 2.5, 5, 10 µM) to determine cell viability by SRB assay. Results are reported as percentage of viable cells compared to untreated ASCs/ADIPO, considered as maximum viability (100%).
