Effect of Braco-19 on inflammation molecules during adipocyte differentiation of ASCs. ASCs were differentiated toward the adipogenic lineage (ADIPO) in the presence and absence of Braco-19 (2.5 or 5 µM). Cells and conditioned media were collected at different time points (T8 or T13, black or gray bars, respectively) from the induction of adipocyte differentiation. mRNA levels of TNFA, IL-6, IL-8 and VEGF were determined by qPCR and normalized on PPIA gene as internal standard.
