Effect of Braco-19 on G4 motif abundance in differentiated adipocytes. ASCs were differentiated toward the adipogenic lineage (ADIPO) in the presence and absence of Braco-19 (2.5 or 5 µM). At different time point (T8 or T13) from the induction of adipocyte differentiation, G4 motif formation was evaluated by flow cytometry in ASCs (white bar) and ADIPO (T8 or T13, gray or black bars, respectively).
