Cystometry measurements were taken to assess bladder capacity, compliance, and detrusor pressure in patient code 11. The results indicated poor bladder compliance, low bladder capacity, and high pdet max at baseline (A). However, after 12 months of follow-up, there was a notable improvement in bladder pressure, with a decreased pdet max value, better bladder compliance, and an increased bladder capacity (98% vs. 86%) following stem cell transplantation (B). These findings suggest that stem cell transplantation may be a promising treatment option for patients with bladder dysfunction
