BDNF promoted the survival and differentiation of NSCs. The NSCs in the GFP-NSCs, BDNF-NSCs, and TrkB-KD groups were transfected with Lenti-EGFP, Lenti-BDNF, and Lenti-shTrkB, respectively. The NSCs were transplanted on Day 7 after the stroke, and the brains were harvested on Day 28 after transplantation. A Neurons were detected by anti-MAP2 (red).
