Conditioned medium from SF-MSCs strongly suppresses apoptosis of HEK-293 cells induced by irradiation. Immunoblotting analysis of cleaved caspase-3 and cleaved PARP in irradiated HEK-293 cells incubated for 24 h with conditioned medium from MSCs (MSC-CM) or SF-MSCs (SF-MSC-CM) (n = 5 in each group). α-Tubulin was used as a loading control.
