The scheme of lupus induction and allogenic BM-MSC transplantation procedure. 8-week-old BALB/c mice were used to induce lupus. A. Naïve MSCs were pretreated according to the protocol in the material method section. B. According to figure, MSCs (1 × 106 cells/mouse) were transplanted in two dosages after lupus induction through the tail vein (at 32 and 36 weeks old, respectively), and mice were killed at 40 weeks of age
