Differentiation potential and paracrine activity of ADSCs. ADSCs can be harvested as part of the SVF, which is traditionally isolated from the enzymatic digestion of the adipose tissues. ADSCs exhibit regenerative abilities and can differentiate into specific cell types in the presence of lineage-specific induction factors and secrete multiple bioactive molecules, which constitute the “secretome” profile.
