Epithelial transdifferentiation of PLCSCs and subpopulations A, B, and C. Epithelial differentiation of the entire PLCSC population (a, e, i) and subpopulations A (b, f, j), B (c, g, k), and C (d, h, l) was assessed. Analysis of percentage of cells expressing the differentiated epithelial marker CK3 (a, b, c, d) and the epithelial progenitor marker CK19 (e, f, g, h) was performed with flow cytometry on three separate donor cell populations.
