Validation of selected genes in the cytokine, inflammation, and metalloproteases pathways in MSCs exposed to conditioned medium (CM) from a panel of human cancer cell lines. MSCs were exposed to CM as described in Figure 2, then qRT-PCR was utilized to validate the expression of selected genes in the cytokine, inflammation, and metalloproteases pathways in MSCs exposed to CM of FaDu (a), NCI-H522 (b), MDA-MB-231 (c), MCF7 (d) and PC-3 (e).
