Bioprocessing of human pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes. For small scale production, human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) can be expanded from (c) single layer tissue culture flasks to (d) multilayer flasks (Corning HYPERFlask®) with minimal controls.
