Nucleofection of adipose-derived stroma cells. For the establishment of a transfection protocol, the vector pmaxGFP^® encoding for green fluorescent protein (GFP) was used and detected with a fluorescent microscope (A) or a flow cytometer (B). Data are presented as percentages of GFP-positive cells. The transfection rates were determined to be 79.8 ± 2.82% on average at the beginning but showed reducing numbers of positive cells over time and passage.
